Owner/General Manager
Jerry has been in the furniture business for over 30 years. Jerry had worked for 3 furniture companies before buying what became the Monroe Furniture Center in July of 1987. Jerry oversees all facets of Monroe Furniture Center, including: sales, warehouse, service, accounting, furniture buying, marketing and merchandising. |

Owner/Office Manager
Paula has been a fixture at Monroe Furniture Center for 23 years. Paula has served in every capacity in her tenure at MFC, including: sales, accounting, merchandising and furniture & accessory buying. |
Steve Field
Assistant Store Manager
Steve has been in the furniture business for the past 24 years. Steve is in his fifth year at Monroe Furniture Center. He has done it all in his career in the furniture business. Steve's duties at MFC include: sales, warehouse manager and service manager. |

Full Time Sales - Monroe
Carmen is in her 14th year in the furniture business, all with Monroe Furniture Center. Carmen is very active in store merchandising and works every day with customers to help them make furniture buying decisions that make their lives more comfortable. |
Ariel Thomas
Warehouse/Delivery - Full Time
Ariel has bee in in the furniture business for 16 years. The last 9 years have been with Monroe Furniture Center. Ariel's responsibilities at MFC include furniture delivery, furniture receiving, furniture assembly and in-store merchandising. |

Diane is in her 6th year in the furniture business, all with Monroe Furniture Center. Diane is active in sales and merchandising at the Clearance Center in Brodhead. |
